Meet the CEO
Owen is a late bloomer in the theater world. With no formal training, Owen's passion grew out of a fascination with Thornton Wilder and a desire to bring more beautiful Christian art similar to the style of Wilder's into Christ's earth. He has produced and directed staged readings of Measure for Measure in 2019 (in his grandparents' backyard), Pullman Car Hiawatha in 2020 (via Zoom), and Cement Hands in 2023 (in his dad's living room). His first major production credit is as co-producer of The Time of My Life in July 2024 at Greenfinch Theater & Dive. Bread and Wine Theatre Company's production of The Time of My Life at Southgate church will be his first major solo production credit. Owen wrote (and continues to rewrite) The Time of My Life. He is deeply grateful to his dear friend, Michael Cox, co-writing and co-producing the initial July 2024 version of The Time of My Life with him. Owen is working on a plethora of other creative projects, including the writing of his own VBS curriculum. He is graduate of Harvard Business's CoRE program where he graduated with High Honors; he received his B. A. in Christian Studies from California Baptist University where he was recognized as the top student at his graduation; and he received his M. A. in Biblical Studies from Covenant Seminary where he wrote the thesis, "A Who’s Who of Eucharistic Memory."
